Road to Olympic the panel with some Giants this panel thrown some light on the major hurdles on the way for India to make a mark in medal tally of Rio 2020 Olympic the discussed about the financial and facilities support which is not been given to athletes properly like players have different dresses the travel from business class but who are not very sound financially have to travel from economic class this is non uniform behaviour is wrong they added even every player must be treated as equal part secondly they have discussed about this salary given to coaches which is very less and still they want a medal we must be given money at least we can manage our needs as a coach they have discussed Limited money given to player for the period they will play only its founded all the time period and the day after camp we have nothing there also discussed about the budget of China and India which have a great difference which itself tells what is the level we are treating our athletes the discuss the new opportunities coming on away athletes like khelo India in which young talent is getting chance to play and show their talent which is a very good thing for all young player who have talent this makes easier for them to use the opportunity.

Panel with our sports players from boxing Vikas Krishnan from shooting Manu bhaker from long jump Sarathkumar and Sandeep Chaudhary from javelin they all shared and discussed some glimpses of the journey from very first beginning to the last medal in the recent games which they are the discussed about the tough times when they go under pressure and because of which performance is also affectedof t when a question ask to 16 year old Indian Shooter whether she loves gossiping or not sheep chemically said she loves to spend time with friend and gossiping she also said about your experience in multiple sports she have played badminton football Kabaddi swimming and few other games and finally shooting Sandeep discuss about the thing which player go through and said everybody who plays for country is a champion but the day of performance is needed to face because one will win but this don't mean that other lost they are also winners they combinely discuss that when they play the game is going on television then people comment this that but the player itself know the pressure and this is very bad to criticize a player if he don't end up with a medal Vikas discussed about the money problem which they get but but afyer the competition it's needed but we don't have it so

That's why I will love to try pro boxing 

And they discussed few other ground problems which  a player go through!

So our honourable minister started with greeting to every respected person and delegates and then he his words by giving some spotlight at the speaking which is very popular in India खेलोगे कूदोगे बनोगे खराब
पढोगे लिखोगे बनोगे नवाब!!!

So he used this to describe the present scenario of country that players of sports are actually very much sound in terms of money and other importanc requirements
So people must look at that!!

🔊He also added the thought of our PM About sports who says खेलोगे तो खिलोगे
And said that even prime minister love to interact with sports person these days and he really wants youth to come up with their bright talent so that it will help them and our country too!!
🔊Minister added that sports actually helps tto build leadership qualities and is important to grow in every one not only as a career but also as a habbit
🔊He added that every player who plays has winning and losing as a major part of his life and he learns a lot from that !!
And we should also learn from that!!
🔊He said that sportmans is something which also reflects discipline from his personality 😉

And anybody who is good at sports is very much centerd and focused with his game and disicplined so that's why he contributes for country's proud

He started with telling the contribution he has given till now in the sports industry as a beurocrate about 6years in this industry

🔈He added that sports is such a industry in which more Time you spend more you will feel the need to learn
🔈He added that sports today is growing not only on feild but also commercially
And films and other commercial events are also doing great as this is also making Indian people inspire to feel that there can be a career in sports ⚽⚾🏀🏅🏈🎳

🔈He announced this year as the best year for india for sports competition like common wealth ,asian games and other important competition.
🔈He added that our youth is actually doing great like MANU BAHKAR our shooting champ and other young blood of our country !

🔈He added few more things about private and govt sector collaboration about sports also doing good

followed by SIDHARTH UPADYAH WHO WELCOME AND GREETED EVERYONE 

then some knowledge papers were released given by IISM INSTITUTE

Then guest of honour was given to BADER AL DARWISH ( delgatde from QUATAR EQUESTRAIN FEDERATION)

Followed by ONKAR KEDIA (SD GENRAL SAI)

AND FINALLY THE INAUGURAL ADRESS GIVEN BY

8th GLOBAL SPORTS SUMMIT

INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON BUSINESS OF SPORTS.

Ficci is organising "Tu₹f 2018" 8th global sports summit, an international convention on business of sports which was scheduled at 25-26october , 2018 at FICCI Federation house , Tansen Marg , New Delhi.

TURF has following components:

●8th global sports summit.

●INDIA sports award ceremony.

●Panel discussions were held.

The Turf was started with an inaugral session.

Members present there were:

●ASHWIN KUMAR CHOUBEY: is a minister  of state for health &family welfare of the 16th Lok Sabha 

●SIDHARTHA UPADHYAY:is the founder & secretary general of STAIRS Authority of India (SAI) . He is the member of credible Indudtry bodies including confederation of India chambers of commerce &industry {FICCI}.

●BADER AL DARNISH: Secretary general of Asia.

●MANAB MAZUMDAR: Dy. Secretary general 

●OMKAR KEDIA: he is a media officer at government office.

In this inaugral session they told about the recent achievements of India in the fields of sports. Youngsters are doing very well .For example HIMA DAS at athletes,and SOURAV at shooting etc.

They also told FICCI in national as well as international level support sports and also gets a good achievement.
