During the festival award winning films – both national andinternational – will be screened so as to create awareness and to sensitize public on issues concerning disabilities through the medium of films, as an advocacy tool to highlight attitudinal and behavioural changes. It is also designed to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, and rid people of the various misconceptions, myths and prejudices surrounding disability issues.
