This blog of tonight is more like a part two of my anterior blog that I wrote on the class lecture regarding Trade Fairs. I presented the reasons for which Trade Fairs are so essential for promotion of your product, however tonight I'll be giving the Advantages of Group Participation and the Major Components that are taken care of. So, without further ado, let's begin -
--- Selection of an exhibition. You do research, is that my target market, can I sell my product in that market, what is my competition?
--- You will also see the reputation of your organizer.
--- Any association who is not familiar to you, you do research data.
--- Any organizer can claim that I have 1500 visitors.
--- Some exhibitors are so expensive that you have to look at the cost factor.
--- Objectives in Show Planning. The 5 P's - Place, Presentation, Products, Promotion, Personnel.
--- Objectives SMART. S - Specific, M- Measurable, A - Acceptable, R - Realistic, T - Time
--- The Factors for Success include -
i) Motivation - There are some companies who set up a standard, but they are not motivated.
ii) Focus - There is no focus often.
iii) Product
iv) Promotion
v) Packaging
vi) Shipping - You have to often ship the goods on time.
vii) Pricing.
So, that was for you a few other tips shared with us in our class lecture with Mr, Tarun Diwan, and I tried my best to present the points mentioned by him as objectively as I could. Thanks for Reading.
