The Common Wealth Games Theme Song Release-It’s Truly Worth The Wait

A R Rahman, Oscar award winner finally release the theme song of Commonwealth Games at the most talked about venue, ‘Kingdom Of Dreams’ at Gurgaon. The song is all worth a wait and speaks out the theme of the song “O Yaaro Bula Liya”, which is a call to Indians to come and support the spirit of the games.
Rahman crooned the song ‘Khelo, jeeyo, hey-o , let’s go’. Just in two hours of the release the song became an instant hit and was downloaded more than 7,000 times. This was a sigh of relief for Suresh Kalmadi and organization Committee as for them at least something was right!
This is what Rahman has to say about the song, ‘I have been working on this song for past six months and its final tweaking was at night before the release. The song is mostly in Hindi and brings out the spirit of Commonwealth Games 2010.
