(2)INPUT- input get any of news from injest and provide to output
(3)OUTPUT- output get news from input and ultimate desicion about news take out put.
(4)PREPARATION- output give it to preparation to on study the news FOREXAMPLE-at B.J.P summit who main leader comes or who comes not . but why that is the news-
